After unrecognized madrasas, now the Yogi government will search the record of Waqf, 33 years old government order canceled


UP Latest News: After the survey of unrecognized madrassas in Uttar Pradesh, now the Yogi government of UP has issued another new order. After the unrecognized madrasas, the government will now scrutinize the records of waqf properties. The Yogi government has canceled the mandate of 7 April 1989. Now a new order has been issued to re-examine the waqf cases registered after 7th April 1989. After re-examination, instructions have been issued to rectify the revenue records as per the prescribed procedure.

Under the 1989 mandate, an order for re-examination has been issued in view of the complaints that common property barren, Usar, Bhita etc. have been recorded in the revenue records as Waqf properties. A mandate has been issued to all the Divisional Commissioners, DMs to conduct re-examination. Please tell that from time to time there are complaints of illegal occupation of all the Waqf properties.
