Etawah Crime News: Newlywed’s body found hanging in Etawah. The eight-month pregnant woman was married one and a half years ago. Husband Suraj Kushwaha son Tej Singh says that the wife has been murdered. It is alleged that the wife often had a dispute with her brother-in-law. Sooraj further told that the father had sold a plot. There used to be frequent disputes among the women of the house regarding the rates of the plot. According to the police, prima facie it seems to be a case of suicide. The incident is from Usra Adda Mohalla of Friends Colony police station area. Under suspicious circumstances, the newlywed’s body was found hanging from the noose.
Eight months pregnant dead body found hanging
On getting information about the incident, the forensic team along with the police station Friends Colony and CO City Amit Kumar reached the spot. The police, who reached the information, got the body off and sent it for post-mortem. Suraj Kushwaha was married to 21-year-old Rashmi, a resident of Auraiya, one and a half years ago. In the family dispute, father Tej Singh had divided the house among the sons. The father was running a shop in Phaphund and taking care of him. Suraj is working in Delhi since last 5 years. Wife Rashmi was living with Jethani Sangeeta in the house.
There was talk of domestic dispute between Devrani and Jethani
On Monday afternoon, under suspicious circumstances, Rashmi hanged herself with a dupatta inside the room. At 2.30 pm, on the information of brother-in-law Sameer, CO City Amit Kumar Singh, Friends Colony Inspector Vivek Kumar reached the spot along with the police force. The field unit and forensic team were called and the dead body was brought down by breaking the gate. After questioning the relatives, information was given to the kin. SSP Jaiprakash Singh said that prima facie it looks like suicide. The reason behind the suicide is not yet clear. During interrogation, the matter of domestic dispute between Devrani and Jethani has come to the fore. Eight months of pregnancy was growing in the woman’s stomach. Further action will be taken after the post-mortem report. According to sources, the police took brother-in-law, Jethani, to the police station for questioning.
