Madhya Pradesh Education Minister Vishwas Sarang wrote a letter to Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur regarding this. They have demanded that Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra’s upcoming film ‘Thank God’ should be banned.

BJP leader Vishwas Sarang claimed in his letter that the upcoming comedy film ‘Thank God’ has depicted Hindu deities inappropriately. However, there is no official statement from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on this yet. Talking about the film, it is a family entertainment film directed by Indra Kumar, starring Ajay Devgn, Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles.

Recently the film makers released the trailer and the first song, which got a positive response from the audience. In this film, Siddharth and Rakul will be seen as a new pair on screen. At the same time, this film is Rakul’s third pairing with Ajay Devgan after ‘De De Pyaar De’ and ‘Runway 34’. The film will be released in theaters on October 25 this year.
