Road Safety Cricket In Chhattisgarh: The semi-final and final match of the Road Safety Cricket Tournament will be played in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. For this the district administration has started preparations. Jamwara of the legendary cricketer of the country and abroad will be held in Raipur. Therefore, security arrangements are being made. One thousand police personnel will be deployed in the cricket stadium. Apart from this, the district administration has also made a plan to run a bus from Raipur city to the cricket stadium for the visitors.
Bus will run from Raipur city to cricket stadium
In fact, special arrangements are being made for the spectators this time in the Road Safety World Series cricket tournament to be held at the International Cricket Stadium in Raipur from September 27. Because to reach the stadium, people have to travel a long jam and a distance of 25 kilometers. Therefore, the administration has decided to run a bus for the match on this route. Apart from this, there is also a parking arrangement for visitors coming by private vehicles, but for this, a parking fee of Rs 20 for two wheelers and Rs 30 for four wheelers will have to be paid.
Towers will be installed for mobile connectivity
Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Bhure along with SSP Prashant Agrawal reached Shaheed Virnarayan Singh International Cricket Stadium in Nava Raipur and took stock of the preparations for organizing the Road Safety World Series cricket tournament. Taking special care of the facilities of the spectators along with security, he has given instructions to the officers to complete all the preparations on time. He said that temporary towers of Jio and Airtel companies will be installed for good mobile connectivity to the spectators gathering in the stadium premises.

It is worth mentioning that to increase awareness about the importance of road safety, Road Safety World Series cricket tournament will be organized from 27 September to 1 October at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium, Parsada, Nava Raipur. In this event, two semi-final matches will be played on 27th September, 28th and 29th September followed by the final match will be played on 1st October. International level players like Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Jonty Rhodes, Brian Lara, Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina will participate in this tournament.
