Bombay High Court while allowing the rally said this
There was rhetoric about the rally for several days. Shiv Sena had approached the court to organize the rally. Uddhav has this hope from the Maharashtra government

Let us tell you that with the change of power in Maharashtra, a situation of conflict had arisen for Shiv Sena. In the Supreme Court, the Shiv Sena party is also being tried for rights. Actually, Eknath Shinde The faction is claiming that it is the real Shiv Sena. The Supreme Court will hear the matter on September 27. All eyes are on whether the party’s election symbol ‘bow and arrow’ will remain with the Uddhav faction or will go to the Shinde faction.
