Livestock Minister Dharampal Singh said that 28 districts of Jhansi, Agra, Aligarh, Meerut, Saharanpur, Moradabad, Bareilly divisions are affected by this disease and therefore, in western Uttar Pradesh, wide vigil has been taken and this step has been taken. He said that the government is concerned that the disease does not progress from western UP to eastern UP, so the movement of animals has been banned.
