Jaipur Weather News: Due to the activation of monsoon in Rajasthan, many districts of the state are receiving rain since yesterday. Intermittent rain continues in Jaipur, Alwar, Kota, Sikar, Churu districts on Friday morning. A Meteorological Department spokesperson said that this round of rain is likely to continue for the next three days. The department has issued a yellow alert of rain for Ajmer, Alwar, Banswara, Baran, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Bundi, Dausa, Dholpur, Jaipur, Jhalawar, Jhunjhunu, Karauli, Kota, Sikar, Tonk Churu, Nagaur districts.

According to the Meteorological Department, during the last 24 hours it was 12 cm in Alwar’s Kotkasim, Baran’s Anta 9 cm, Alwar’s Govindgarh and Bansur, Jaipur’s Pawta 8-8 cm, Ajmer’s Tatgarh 7 cm, Bharatpur city 7 cm. cm, Jhalawar’s Pachpahar 7 cm, Tonk’s Uniara and Aligarh 7-7 cm, Rajsamand’s Deogarh 7 cm and many other places 5 cm to 1 cm of rain. A Meteorological Department spokesperson said that from Friday morning till 5.30 pm, 51.2 mm of rain was recorded in Jaipur, 32.1 mm in Pilani, 12-12 mm in Alwar-Kota, 9 mm in Churu, 12.5 mm in Karauli.

Temperature continues to drop
A Meteorological Department spokesperson said that most parts of the state have recorded a drop in the maximum temperature due to rain. On Friday, the maximum temperature in all the major districts of the state was recorded in the range of 38.9 degree Celsius to 25.6 degree Celsius. On the other hand, the temperature on Thursday night was recorded in the range of 26.2 degree Celsius to 22.2 degree Celsius.
