Jauhar University News: The court may issue a search warrant for Jauhar University in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh today. The police has sought permission in the court to conduct a search operation in Jauhar University. At the same time, before issuing the search warrant, the court has issued an order to the District Magistrate (DM) Rampur. In this order, the court has sought the names of three officers of ADM rank from the DM.

Let us inform that the DM will also identify the recovery sites of the university campus, while the search warrant will be heard again today. The police had first recovered the machine, then books and furniture from the university on the behest of the close friends of Abdullah Azam. On the behest of these two, the police recovered a road cleaner machine buried in the pit in the campus of Jauhar University. After this, both of them were interrogated on remand, then on their behest, the stolen books were recovered from Madrasa Alia by breaking the wall in Jauhar University. Both the police had been told the names of two employees of Jauhar University. On the basis of this, the police took two Jauhar University employees Parvez and Salauddin into custody and interrogated them, and on their behest, 42 shelves of Madrasa Alia were recovered on Wednesday.

After Thursday’s recovery, the police estimate that some more items may be recovered after conducting a search operation at Jauhar University. For this, the Kotwali police filed an application to obtain a search warrant from the court. On which hearing was held on Thursday in the MP-MLA Court Magistrate Trial. On the application, Prosecution Officer Amar Tiwari argued in the court that a huge amount of goods are being recovered in the university campus. There is a possibility that more items may be found. Therefore, a warrant should be given to run the search operation. After hearing the arguments, the court has reserved its decision. It is likely that the court can give its verdict today on Friday. Now it has to be seen what happens next in this matter.
